Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Course fees must be paid before classes begin.
• Fees paid are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• Missed classes due to student absence are not refundable.
• Rescheduling is available only as per UBHARNA's rescheduling policy.
• If UBHARNA cancels a class, a replacement class or suitable alternative will be provided.
• Duplicate payments made due to technical errors will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
